WHAT INFORMATION DO WE COLLECT?
We collect information from you when you accept the permissions to use DriveWatcher.
Your e-mail is stored in our database.
Your Google access token is stored in our database
WHAT INFORMATION DO WE REQUEST?
We could request information from you when you run use DriveWatcher.
Your billing information could be requested and stored in the highly trusted and certified Addons Payments service.
Your subscription details will be requested and stored in our database.
WHAT DO WE USE YOUR INFORMATION FOR?
Any of the information we collect from you may be used in one of the following ways:
- We use your email to send you notifications and to assign a license. Either a free one or a purchased one.
- Know your domain based on your e-mail. This could be used to track the number of users of your domain that uses DriveWatcher for a domain plan.
- To have the possibility to send periodic emails about updates or news. Note: If at any time you would like to unsubscribe from receiving future emails, we include unsubscribe instructions at the bottom of each email.
Google access token
- We do not have access to your Drive, Team Drives or Documents. We use your credentials to watch the activity of the files and folders defined in your subscription. Data inside the documents are never accessed. Other documentation out of the subscriptions are never accessed. No information about those resources are stored in any database.
Subscription details
- We need to store information of your subscription to review periodically if the resources has been affected by any action that could trigger the notification. This information could include folder url, document url, additional e-mails for communication, or other parameters like titles, file size, file type…
Billing Information
- We need this information to send the monthly invoice and bill the usage of our services.
HOW DO WE PROTECT YOUR INFORMATION?
DriveWatcher application relies totally in Google Suit and Google Cloud platform with these Google Cloud trust principles to protect the information.

DO WE USE COOKIES?
No, we don’t. But third parties which we rely on use them, like Google. An specific cookies inventory document can be requested to info@drivewatcherapp.com

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your personally identifiable information. This does not include trusted third parties who assist us in operating our website, conducting our business, or servicing you, so long as those parties agreed to keep this information confidential.
