Please read these Terms carefully. By using DriveWatcher or signing up for an account, you’re agreeing to these Terms. This is a legal agreement.
We’ll start with the basics, including a few definitions that should help you understand this agreement. DriveWatcher is an application for Google apps to boost your team collaboration providing custom notifications based on user’s activities on Google Drive elements. DriveWatcher is owned and operated by EvenBytes S.L. a Spain limited liability corporation (“EvenBytes,” “we,” or “us”). EvenBytes has employees, independent contractors, and representatives (“our Team”). As a customer of the Service or a representative of an entity that’s a customer of the Service, you’re a “Member” according to this agreement (or “you”).

By using DriveWatcher, you represent and warrant that you meet all the requirements listed above, and that you won’t use DriveWatcher in a way that violates any laws or regulations. DriveWatcher may refuse service, close accounts of any users, and change eligibility requirements at any time.
Represent and Warrant “Representing and warranting” is like making a legally enforceable promise.
The Term begins when you sign up for DriveWatcher and continues as long as you use the Service. Clicking the button “Authorize DriveWatcher” means that you’ve officially “signed” the Terms. If you sign up for DriveWatcher on behalf of a company or other entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to accept these Terms on their behalf.
DriveWatcher is a freemium SaaS application. We reserve the right to grant some free subscription licenses for testing purpose or for other reasons. Other than that, licenses should be purchased to run the normal service.
Acceptable Method of payment: We use Addons Payment as online solution in-app charges. All the payment methods are included in this website including Paypal, all major credit and debit cards, Giropay, Sofort, Apple Pay, etc… For corporate agreements we can accept direct bank transfers.
Monthly payments will be required to continue using the service. Exceptionally we could incorporate yearly payments for corporate agreements.
We reserve the right to terminate the arrangement if licenses payment are not satisfied after a courtesy period of 30 days.
As soon as the DriveWatcher is given the authorization to be run by a user or by a domain administrator, any individual user can start using the service.
There are three different subscriptions plans: Individual plan, Team Plan, Enterprise Plan.
Administrators of each plan, can add subscriptions, so members of the plan can use those subscriptions to setup Drive Watcher notifications. Plan administrators can limit the number of subscriptions to be created.
Subscriptions can be enabled or disabled. Disabled notifications during the complete invoice period will never count as a valid subscription for billing.
Every plan will pay the maximum number of enabled subscriptions at the same time during the invoice period.
Both the Client and ourselves have the right to terminate any Services Agreement for any reason, including the ending of services that are already underway. No refunds shall be offered, where a Service is deemed to have begun and is, for all intents and purposes, underway. Any monies that have been paid to us which constitute payment in respect of the provision of unused Services, shall be refunded.
You are solely responsible for evaluating the fitness of DriveWatcher for your particular purpose. The Company does not warrant that the service from this site will be uninterrupted, timely or error free, although it is provided to the best ability. By using this service you thereby indemnify this Company, its employees, agents and affiliates against any loss or damage, in whatever manner, howsoever caused.
If this company or this service is finished, DriveWatcher code will be shared with those clients paying the service so that they can continue using the service on their premises and evolving it.
Our Acceptable Use Policy sets some rules that you have to follow as a DriveWatcher user. Some are dictated by the law, some are common sense (do unto others).
Copyright and other relevant intellectual property rights exists on all text relating to the Company‟s services and the full content of this application.
