When will I be notified by my subscription?

You can configure the frequency of your subscriptions when creating a new one or editing an existing one. In the subscription configuration, you will find a setting for scheduling your notifications. You can choose to send notifications every hour, every day or every week.

In case you choose «Day», a new field will let you set up the time of the day you want to receive the notifications.

Similarly, if you choose «Week», you will be able to choose the day of the week and the time of the day you wish.

You will not be notified in the following cases:

• Your subscription is paused.
• Your subscription is active but there have been no events in the resource you are monitoring.
• Your subscription is active and there have been some events, but they do not match your filtering criteria.
